Hi,

the Asian Cup 2007 qualifying is active. Australia is member of group D with Bahrain, Kuwait and Lebanon. The next match is scheduled for the 16th of August in 2006 versus Kuwait.

You find information about the australian team and the whole event in the WWW at www.afcasiancup.com.

Hi,

Lebanon is not longer in the Asian Cup 2007!
AFC accepts Lebanese withdrawal

KUALA LUMPUR - The Asian Football Confederation have agreed to Lebanon's withdrawal from the Asian Cup 2007 qualifiers due to the ongoing crisis in the country, reducing their qualifying group to three teams.
